14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This gives you ample time to thoroughly inspect your purchase and decide if it meets your expectations.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be unworn or unused.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at orders@yamiboma.com. Our dedicated customer service team will guide you through the process and provide you with a product return slip to initiate the return.

Return Shipping

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, but in the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions

There are certain items that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons. These include undergarments, swimming costumes, stockings, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days and automatically credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
